Balancing Shampoo Powder: Wet hands. Shake a small amount of powder evenly across one hand. Rub hands together to activate foaming. Sprinkle with more water if clumping. Apply to wet scalp and hair. Lather. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat in sections to cleanse all hair.
