Self Care for the Whole Family

by Sarah K. Grundy

Giving ourselves and our families the self care and devotion we need is important now more than ever. Taking time on a daily basis to nourish our skin, hair and body has a ripple effect into many other areas of life. We’re here to help make your self care routines simple and sustainable.

Here are a few of our absolute favorite holistic ways to nourish the whole family, inside and out!

Soothe and Heal

Balms have been used for centuries to heal, soothe, and moisturize the skin. A combination of plant oils, butters, and waxes, true balms contain no water, making them great for chapped skin, or any areas in need of extra repair. We love using our Lip Balm for lips, but also as a handy stick moisturizer for dry patches, diaper rashes, or to pamper and soothe a fussy baby. Calming chamomile, shea butter and reparative seed oils make this a family favorite. Don’t leave home without it. For extra dry patches, or a natural nipple cream, our Dry Patch Balm includes turmeric for extra anti-inflammatory benefits.

Leave-In Hair Moisture Treatments

Leave-In hair care keeps even the busiest families looking and feeling their best. On the weekends, or days when we have more time for ourselves, a full treatment routine of shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and the works is great, but something quick for the day-to-day is a real game-changer. Keep your hair full of moisture and detangled with our Moisture Leave-In Treatment. Meadowfoam seed oil, mango, and shea butter keep you and the wee ones' hair plush with moisture and detangled without painful brushing. Ingredients like rice bran and quinoa make this hair food a family favorite.
